The complete bill of materials. What's bought, what's still to buy in buying order, the install quantities and wire lengths, and the tools.
One list for the whole build, so nothing is forgotten on wiring day and nothing gets bought twice. Wire IDs in brackets match the wire schedule.
Prices are what I paid, before tax and shipping unless noted. Prices marked “est.” are estimates, not checked store prices. Lengths are estimates for a SuperCrew; buy with some spare. Running totals are kept in my project spreadsheet and aren’t published here.

Already owned: Conduct-Tite ratcheting crimper, DOWELL stripper (bench kit), drill, torque wrench (borrowable). Bought 6 Nov (see Bought above): the multimeter, the fish tape (in place of fiberglass fish rods) and a solder seal kit with its own heat gun (in place of a separate heat gun and connector pack).

Lesson learned
The first hardware list for the guard kept growing as clamps, corner braces, flat bar and neoprene were added. The final 7 October mount needs none of those, and the touch-up plan shrank to a small kit of sanding sponges, primer and satin black.
